well everyone else is doing it..
im posting my routine to get some opinions and maybe even give ppl an idea of how to mix weight lifting with bodyweight training.

day 1

Romanian Deadlifts, Frog Jumps , Handstand Pushups (w/ weightvest), BodyWeight reverse flys, Random handstand and elbow lever holds.

day 2

Overhead Squat, Sprints (or shuttle runs), OAP attempts, OA pushups (incline or w/vest) , V-sit/leg lifts

day 3

Pistols, Rim Jumps, Standing Calf raises, ankel hops, Tuck Planche Pushups, Random Hanging Lever attempts (front or back)

any ideas n comments are appreciated. I plan to follow this for 4-6 weeks then split up the gymnastic-sh training from the Complexes

i assume ull rest in between days?o just 3 in a go once a week?

yes i get one or two days rest between each workout depending on how long i need to fully recover.
my goals are better leg power in general (agility and jumps) and at the same time im just working towards a few gymnastics feats. its also a bit of a fun experiment to c how my gains will translate when it comes to free weights. eg. once i achieve a full a straddle planche pushup, will my bench have increased or not.
