just STAY WRAPPED.

when you go for it, imagine you're going for a doubletwist, e.g SPIN as fast as you can, then just put the hyper leg down when you've done enough rotation. Dont just aim to make the rotation, aim to overrotate it loads.

I did a sorta hypertwistish/btwist switchish type thing today by accident, it felt really weird and as I landed I felt the worst pain ever as my thighs squeezed together but my balls were in between them :dead:

Anyway, in response to the topic, I cannot provide any help but good luck :good:

Haha, now that I can hypertwist, I canot b-twist X( . Yeah read Juji's tutorial on it, and to as TKD Andy said, just twist as if you were attempting a double b-twist.

also, switch your landing leg straight away if you want to swipe out of the hypertwist :good:

i think a common problem that people seem to have with this move is they try to think, regular b twist then stick out my hyper leg. but if u do that you are always gonna b short with the rotation.
so for a hyper twist, twist tight and keep your hyper leg tucked in and finish your about 380-390 degree turn then stick your leg out. Try your best not to kick you hyper leg down.

and hyper hook is a whole different beast then hyper twist
