First, perform a crunch, and then stand up and do a jumping jack. Following this, put the lime in the coconut and drink them both up. The result is crazy upper body endurance.

What if I substitute oranges? Will this still have the same effect?

You must eat a green fruit high in citrus so young lemons would work well also but not oranges

I'm reaping POSITIVE BENEFITS from this workout! Positively reaping them!

It sure beats sitting on a message board, doesn't it?

Guys, I tried this with a fully ripened yellow lemon, as opposed to the green and I reaped some negative benefits from it. Don't question anything except for other people's beliefs, otherwise you may get hurt, and you'll be sad.

Don't worry children, you are pathetic but you are not beyond hope. Open your minds to my advice and perhaps you will be fit someday.

But what about teh lower body, Steve?

I would suggest that you re-read my post, Pale Nimbus. Nowhere did I say that this was a workout for the lower body, although it is clearly better than nothing.

I've often found that panic swimming (treading water with thrashing about arms and legs while purposely hyperventihlating) is the absolute best cardio workout. The added fluid in the lungs really stretches out the chest muscles.

FAIL.

And thanks Steve, I'll be trying your routine soon.

Steve I cannot perform this exercise, as my upper body burns like hell after the first rep. What should I do?

They used to call the British Navy 'Limies' because they ate the limes to not get the scurvy.

This means your exercise system could be classified as a boot camp workout, with reality-based self defense tactics that would be used against pirates. I think they have limes in the Carribean.
