Parafuso Question!

Alright, so I youtubed it a lot, googled some, and generally found nothing parafuso tutorial wise. I'm having a hard time with jumping leg of the parafuso; am I kicking just lopping it over ala double leg, or am I supposed to be doing an inside kick-esque move?

I do a Switchblade [which is a Parafuso Hook] in this. You can use the notes on the Parafuso segment to get the mechanics of how the Parafuso is supposed to work.

Project 8

The leg you jump off of, you inside crescent kick it into your other leg [which is basicaly used to size up your target]. Once the feet clap together, then the hips turn over like in a Doubleleg.
