Butterfly perfection.

Hey, can anyone help me with some tips or advice that will perfect my butterfly... At the moment, I can land it but in a very sloppy and unclean way....

Not bad at all dude.

Personally i would say you need to stall more because your rotating almost straight away also dip more and maybe earlier and try and get a smooth motion through the dip and to push outwards. This should help make it a bit more of a flowing motion and would also help the landing to become softer, also try and land one foot before the other which would help you progress to a swing through.

first throw your right leg as high as you can
when you push of the floor , throw your left leg up and then decide how long you want to stall.
