Kick up higher, then tuck tight. You`re kicking knee height and laying out, with no tuck.
Problem solved.

Thx man , i'll keep that in mind before doin' it.
i hope thats the main problem of mine , becouse im still not able to fully lend gainer flash...well often...becouse im always moving forward...
EDIT: maybe its just a J-Step problem , i should practice on it alittle more...

Your not 'J-ing' your take of enough really you need to curve it round more this will help you to stop traveling forward as much

Anyways, dude nice camera quality mang hahaha.
Second of all, just kick up FAST (don't focus on doing it hard, focus on doing it as fast as possible) and then try not leaning back as much in the takeoff. By this I mean, don't pull your back down. You can arch backwards by tilting your head backwards yes, but try not to pull your back down, that degrades your height. Just pull your leg up faaaaast and then look back without leaning yourself back.
Alternatively, you can try tucking it like a back tuck, in which case you don't want to look back as much and want to try to just tuck. But this is harder and like nobody even uses them haha. So try my first advice first.
