narabong is any 2 (or more) kicks you want! eg. hook, crecent, axe, front, outside to inside, inside to inside, outside to outside, down to back (x2 +heavy punch SHIIINKKUUU HADOUKEN) 20 hit supercombo etc

if you use the tornado setup, you dont wanna jump in to the round kick. its more of a step 360round jump hook. if that makes sense. its hard to explain without a vid

Doing a narabong (hook+tornado+hook) is good for beginners; you get tired out more easily so Tony Jaa can elbow you in the FACE.
