not bad.
quick tips:
1) utilize your arms much more- during your first spin, wind up WIDE. and as you initiate the take off, wrap it and throw a elbow strike.
2) you aren't pumping your legs. pumping helps transfers momentum. it'd look cleaner if you pump your legs. though some ppl don't, if you don't -- i'd suggest you throw that first leg up high and hard.
3) SPOT YOUR TARGET on the first AND second spin.
4) Wait til you see the target til you throw the crescent/hook. youre throwing the kick a bit early.
5) try not to lean back. keep your chest up right.

some of this is good, but the majority of it will hinder someone trying to learn this move than help them.
1) is fine, but waay overexaggerated!
2)important, but not VITAL.
3) Dont spot the target on the 2nd spin, because by the time you recognise that you've seen it you've missed the opportunity to kick.
4) same as 3
5) Leaning back a little is fine on a 540 hook. I know im probably not upright when i do mine, but *trying* to stay upright will often result in overcompensation by leaning forwards, and screwing up the technique.
anyhoo:
When you're doing this move, by the time you're about to take off, you should have gathered all the momentum you'll need for the spin, that means bringing the arms around fast in the initial spin. This will mean theyre travelling relatively fast when you're about to take off.
Once you've taken off, dont bother with any fancy 'elbow strike' or anything, it doesnt matter what you think of it as, just pull your arms in towards your chest.
With pumping, you dont HAVE to. Kevin (waterboy) doesnt pump on his and they look awesome, but pumping does make things a hell of alot easier. The easiest way to pump is to straighten the first leg off the ground out as you're pulling your arms in. This will give you the spin you need, and then once you've initiated that spin by the time you've realised it, its time to kick, so throw that straight leg straight back up there for the kick. If you want to re-chamber then thats up to you, but its not vital for a good kick.
