Serious Problem On roundoff bactuck

when i do the roundoff and after that backflip i have no height and i crash i jump very up i bend my arms and staright arms and i crash on my knees and its hard to jump up after roundoff to backflip when i do this move on mats i have height and is great but on grass is hard to me
So plzzzzz answer i do everything

i just got this on grass yesterday... make sure you are not whipping your roundoff. If you do this, it will leave you off balance and you will not get any height.

-don't cross your legs when you step forward with your left leg before beginning the roundoff

-reach way forward with your arms, use your arms to propel you backwards in the air (so you're not just falling on your feet, you're jumping off your hands to them) and then land on two feet

-make sure your chest is up at the end of the roundoff by pushing hard off your arms

-reach up with your arms, initiate the backtuck

We saw a video of your RO / tuck before, and you landed it. Did you practice it alot?

You land your roundoff with your head already arched back, and your arms above your head.

Keep your chin down during the backflip, and throw your arms up, don't just place them there.

ya, I agree with Taimatsu .basicly what you wanna do to fix that is to really lengthen the roundoff a lot

what you do is reach far out when you go to do it and really drive your back leg up a lot when you do it.

then try and put your feet out far behind you, but if you don't drive your back leg up enough then they will just fall slowly to the ground. and

practice just the roundoff a bunch of times, try and get a sideways view on it to see if you are placing your feet when your body is like this

then once you have got that you really need to wait until right before or right as your feet touch the ground to start swinging for your backtuck



please be careful because changes in technique can be awkward and dangerous.

Try getting your feet together more especially, and hmm you may want to practice you're regular standing back TUCK form as well.
