How low is good enough for squats? should i be going as low as my body possibly can (basically try to let the floor stick it in my ass) or is it good enough to just go a little passed a 90º angle?

you want to go all the way down. your calves and hams will be touching. you dont want to stop half way, bad for the knees.

Depends on your goals.
Generally I recommend you go as low as you can comfortably, while keeping good form.

while we are on topic of technique, with seated rows, are you suppose to keep your back straight the entire time?
also, are seated rows just as good as normal bent over rows?

Go as low as you can while maintaining good form. If you have to posteriorly tilt your pelvis at the bottom of the ROM (an unconscious action) or round your back, you've gone too far.

I would say bent rows done with free weight are better. but it doesn't hurt to change things up. and i'm not sure about the back posture. i think a small amount of movemnet is okay. but you dont want to be reefing the weight back usign your lower back. watch out for those injuries.
Maybe you should ask this in the teen (idiot) section on bb.com

What kind of stance width is good for atg squats? and also should you keep your parallel, or is it ok to have your feet angling out slightly?
Unless you intend to break your hips, the closer your feet are together, the better for ATG

This reminds me of the Limbo.

Also, yes, you do want your feet angling out slightly, so that your knees can track in the direction of your toes.

I go to the point where I can sit down comfortably (relatively).
