Yea, it was just a front flip where you tried to twist but didn't commit in mind or body to it.

I wouldn't try working front fulltwists for a while dude, very hard move. In fact as of yet I haven't seen anyone do them off the gym floor. And work your twisting technique in stuff like btwists.
And please remove that signature. :agony:

Ya, bad front flip. If you had actually made half the twist, it would be a half in half out. Sometimes I accidentally do those instead of turning the full 360 on my frontflips. Ya... remove that sig, dear god.

Barani = Front half

Not really though. Like how a back half twist isnt an arabian. Ive seen front halfs that werent baranis.

barani = like a brandy with 2 feet take-off.

im guessing a front half is a frontflip, in which you twist 180 degrees after the flip (the other way than you would barani).

and lawl at that sig, haha

When I was in Gymnastics we were taught that Barani is the same thing as Brandi. It's a RO with no hands.

That's what we were taught, at least.

i don't know what a brandy is in gymnastics but a barani is definately not a no-handed ro in gymnastics. it's the same move as in tricking

no it would of been a front half, half in half out is a double backflip with a halftwist ont he first flip and a half twist on the second flip. If you do those when trying to front full then your definatly going wrong somewhere, like seriously

Yeah, but when I was first asking about the move, I asked my coach how to go about learning a BA-RA-NI, and he didn't know what I was talking about. I spelled it for him, and he said "Oh, it's pronounced brani, and some people like to pronounce it brandi."
