this is a move i tryed a couple months ago, im just curious if my problem is just my inablity to flash kick with my right leg..or is my j-step wrong? anytips please and please do not say kick harder because thats the hardest i can kick my right leg at the time i've been drilling flash kicks on the trampoline just so my right leg can be able to do them..and also like i said this was a few months ago i haven't tryed it since..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RgZdOzymORM thanks for all advice in advance.

how will that help with a flash kick its an entirley different take off isn't it? but i'll watch it anyway thnx lol

ok i watched it.. do u mean jump off the ground into my final step before take off? is that the message you were trying to get across?

make your last step much bigger, really stride out on it so your kicking leg gathers a lot of momentum as it swings up

Arms? your not throwing your arms like you should. Bring them back just like a backflip, then swing AHAP and kicky that take off leg and tada. You get a landing.

The j-step is a setup for the s/t moves, not its own move. And I can't help you with this, I can't do this move - I'm a pure kicker =).
your first leg is the one that will give you momentum so that has to be used to give you life what you are doing there is a walking back sumersalt you need to kick up and gain hight then when you have good hight then try the flick

don't take so many steps, 3 is enough, hell, even 1 will do. just keep the speed and momentum going forward. make the last step a long one and do it in sortof like a quartercircle motion. swing that leg around and push off that other leg like a bitch. that'll do

thanks guys for all advice here im going to go out and re-learn my gainers and gainerflashes monday and i need that many steps its my preference lol
Your arms, you need to swing them harder. Try to throw them into space!
