I finally have a video for you guys to help me!!

I don't know why, but i used to be so good on raizes and now they SUCK!!!

WHY IS IT SO LOW?

you dont need to ask for help, just look at the video and you can analyse it for yourself :good:

-you're dipping WAY too much, its totally unnecessary.
-you're not springing up off the takeoff foot.
-you're not using your arms to give you added lift.

Not bad bro not bad at all.

Your form is pretty good so far, I don't think there's any discrepancies with it.

Now, to pump your raiz up and get it higher, lift your chest up when you jump. And also, throw your arms up, not around. And the moment you're just turning over, which is good for a quick speedy raiz, but if you want extra height fluff, then you have to throw your arms up. Try reaching into the sky with them.
Along with that, like I said before push your chest up into the sky. Consciously push it up there. You can't really see it but you can feeeeel it. You have to tell yourself to push your chest up hard and HIGH into the sky, along with you arms.
Don't worry about turning your arms over to the landing, just spot the landing like you are now, and throw everything into the sky, and your landing will flow out of all that momentum. :smile:

EDIT: Your dip is fine. Just be sure to raise yourself up (lift that upper body [chest, arms] UPPP) after you dip. Right now you're just dipping and then not moving up from there, to get it higher you need to make the effort to get your chest up, which is basically my above advice haha.

ok do this now:

go up to a wall, stand about 5 inches away from it (facing the wall)
now try and touch the wall with your rib cage without moving your legs closer to the wall.

once you recognise that movement, you can apply it :good:

Look down at your chest. That is the part you want to focus on.
Now, when you dip your chest goes down and it's facing the ground, right? Goodie!
Now, right now you're just turning your chest over so it faces the other way, which is good for certain raiz techniques etc etc.
But if you want more height, you have to take your chest, the part you're focusing on, and not just turn it over, but try to take that part, and force it up into the sky. You don't want to just turn over, you want to take your two pectorals there and try to get them to touch the clouds!

Well ok ok more than your chest; your chest your shoulders your arms everything need to go up, but I'm just emphasizing the chest cause it's the biggest lol.
One other thing, for future reference. Never lean your back backwards. That is detrimental in all cases. Keep your head tilted back in this move, it's one makes you inverted and arched. But don't force your back down, only tilt the head back. Weeee.

It would make a lot of sense and helpful if you can make a help video just for me , like scalco did for the guy who wanted help on his ch720s. Please!

Yeah but its helpful to understand when they show you what you did wrong and correct you the right way!

you can do that yourself....

look at a video of someone like prodigy doing his raiz, then look at yours.

Then look what he's doing that you're not.

its really not that hard.

He's doing everything Prodigy is doing (to some lesser extent, adequately enough).

However, there are things that you can only feel and not see. The lifting of the chest is one of them. You can see somebody float with a really powerful swing, but you can't feel the conscious lift that they are doing. You have to tell yourself to do that one lifting motion. You can't see somebody trying to push their chest into the sky. There are many points for observation, but some tips, generally ones where they're like "think of it like this" or "try to do this motion as if you're doing this", can't be seen through pure analysis. You have to be able to feel it yourself or just discern that it's there.

Aaron, I think i know the problem. I believe it's where i place my upperbody before i takeoff. When i first learned this trick, i perfected this for more than a month, and all of a sudden, the next day, that's when my raiz became so low. My first raiz was traveling towards the back, which made me face the same direction from my takeoff. So i tried to fix it by traveling towards my left so i can land, facing to the right from where i took off. It seems that was the problem. I think when traveling to the side makes you jump low, and it kinda off looks like an aerial, but inverted. SO now im stuck.

hahaha! You don't deserve it fool! Read the tips then go out and try. You almost have the correct form. It's not a big step to have them higher!

That's what i thought at first, but since i saw so many good raizes that were the same as mine but A LOT higher, i think the problem i said before was incorrect. There's gottato be some way for my raiz to go high like scalco's, prodigy, daniel graham, sesshoumaru, Aarron, steve terada, marc canon.., etc !!
