I muted the video and played girlfriend while watching it, so the video was awesome just because of that.
+you have quite a bit of determination and self control there, you went outside stuck to your training routine and didn't try any tricks that you had a chance of eating it on. I can rarely do this and I always find myself trying things that I can easily hurt myself on and not drilling my pre reqs and conditioning enough.
this was a quality vid and I found it inspirational.
it had a old school kung fu movie feel to it, i really liked it
and i must compliment you on pointing your toes, it really does make a difference

this was a quality vid and I found it inspirational.I used to be that way and it seemed that every time I learned a new trick I lost an old one, It's good to have days where you only drill basics.
EDIT: thanks to Brandon and Baron too

I have a question, those ring things that I use in the middle of the video, has anyone else made something like that, can you produce a healthy workout with them? I was trying to imitate the gymnastic rings.
i used to do a similar workout with rope, and you can produce a healthy workout with anything you want, it really depends more on you than the apparatus
but eventually i bought an actual pair of rings from http://www.ringtraining.com
