For some reason i can get negative splits on my btwist round but am about a foot away from doing actual box splits (you should see the tears on my inner thigh haha)

Thanks, i was remembering Pete's tip on not dipping the upper torso too far down (i know i did but i had it in mind) and it was better than my usual ones, i'll use that tech for hyper aerials when i come round to doing them again.

Yeah my right ankle (landing one) has broken twice before (it's my very weak one) and my right knee (landing one) has torn external lateral ligaments (so hyperhooks should kill it) but i'm fine ^ ^

Bizarre! After hyper corks they are the biggest killer move for me.

I rememberseeing that clipof simon kinda landing a hyper double cork and I very nearly started crying. If that had been my ankle my foot would inevitably have been left hanging limply to the side after that landing, but he just strolled out of it.

I stopped tricking for a few weeks after the hyper extension and started again in florida. I have been taking it reasonably easy in that I haven't been pushing for new tricks and combos like I usualy do. I litteraly started doing pop hyper 720's and pop 720 feilongs on grass yday, I plan to keep calm until UK gathering; then go all out.
