Use you'r arms to pull yourself up and don't arch your back, try to delay the flip more.

raise your arms all the way up, now your just raising them to chest level.

Yay reverse ftw. How are your non flashed gainers? Just remember that you jump before you swing, and stall a bit more. I want to try gumbi s/t today.
