i had this video, loaned it to someone and never got it back. It's called Xtreme Kung Fu/Qigong. It was documenting an actual qigong tournament in China. The contestants actually had to do some compulsory skills BEFORE they were allowed into the tournament to do their specialty skill. The stuff they were doing couldnt be faked at all. The contestants couldnt supply their own materials and sometimes it showed in the later hard qigong segment.

Yeah, it's stupid... and it somewhat gives them less credit, they deserve respect for that sort of strength/dedication but seriously "channeling chi", please spare the woo and enjoy it for what it is.

Nevertheless ive seen the 2 finger Handstand (last one in the video) performed by a Shaolin at a local demonstration but without breaking it ;) .. It was pretty impressive...

yea man, i have definately been enjoying all of the woodward exhibitions

front lever pullups were sick as well, in addition to everything else

i wouldn't call it sitting on the fence... just dont believe it because you have no reason to [no evidence to say it is true, so why draw any conclusion which says that it is true?]
