1. how do you get the confidence to do this stuff. i am really excited to start
doing everything but i must say i am scared ill crack open my scull.hehe
2. i used to do a bit of gymnastics and i remember something about being feather light. can anybody recap me on the consept?
3. i also tryed joining a capoeira club but alas they were more focused on the culture than the moves and i wanted to learn the moves. does anybody have any tips on capoeira moves.

btw. this website is great. descriptions and individual frames are very useful.living in sa leave me with very few options so any feedback would be greatly appreciated

I like his style of editing all of his samps are enjoyable..they arn't all pluff or all tricks a right combination of both
