My right knee was starting to ache after one session, which never happened before.
And well I kept overrotating this one move onto my left knee so it got pretty banged up too haha, although it's only superficial damage really as the impact it takes from landing is still not painful.
However I took the precaution of resting for like hmm around 5 days I think along with getting some "joint pills".
Something along these lines: http://www.swansonvitamins.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10001&langId=-1&catalogId=10051&SourceCode=INTP040&partNumber=SW891&memberId=-2002
All the great benefits for your joints, cartilage, and tendons, hurray. You may want to try some, follow instructions on label.
And if you don't need to run in the evening then don't, since you know that aggravates them.
Anyways the most important thing for you to do is ressst and if you try the supplement wait a week or two for it to really start helping and then try a move or two (be sure to warm up your joints WELL) and see what progress your recovery is making. Of course if you can still feel the pain in your knees you would want to wait longer and avoid that. But as always, if the pain is there now there's no way to work around it, you just have to rest and let it heal itself.
