Hi, this is my first post :D
Anyways, I just started tricking. I got my backflip 2 days ago. I got really sore from all the practicing I did then. Since I just started, that's to be expected. So since I just started, should I only practice once a week? I just feel like I want to go practice so bad, but I'm too sore to do anything :(

When I first learned backflip, I was only able to do one that day... slowly I was able to progress into being able to do 3-4 by the third day, then by the week I could pull off many.

Progression is all it takes, slowly build up, if you're too tired don't do them, but only if you're really too tired. Just try to do more and more until you're able to pull them off by the numbers without getting sore. And while you're at it, work on perfecting technique too.

Took me about 3-4 weeks to be able to do consecutive backflips, and be able to pull off singles effortlessly.
