Okay I found a video of an s-twist so I explain what I mean.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uc_hWVHziH8
See how his non kicking is bent? Instead of keeping it bent and landing on the kicking leg, he should bend the original kicking leg and kick with the leg that was originally bent(the right leg). So in short terms, as the left kicking leg comes up, it will bend in mid air or come down and the right leg will do a kick and the trick will be landed on the right leg. Thats what I mean but I have no clue what it would be called. It would be like a sideswipe done from a btwist setup or something.

The word Shuriken should be removed from the English language.
I had no friggin idea what he was talking about when he said "s-twist". I was thinking about doing a btwist with an S-shaped body.
SILLY TERM. Use illusion, it's been around longer.

'B-twist Hyper Round'. (Hypertwist Round?)
Or... if you mean still kicking with both legs, umm... 'Twist hyper feilong' or something like that.

There's nothing wrong with the Shuriken twist.
There is something very wrong with "omg look dude your leg randomly flailed out straight at the end of that move, total shuriken madness man!"

"hyper btwist round"
or maybe "hyper illusion/shuriken feilong" (upright/horizontal respectively)

Feilong would have two kicks and the way I was describing it had one. Hyper illusion round kick sounds simpler.

um, no...well, this is how i look at it. if a corkscrew that you kick hard and hyper is called a corkswipe shown here; http://youtube.com/watch?v=vKfJQMhg7r4&mode=related&search= then the move that tricker d is talking about should be something like a b-twist swipe or a b-swipe, or something like that. but to call it anytype of round kick would be foolish cause it's hyperd.

:: Hyper Illusion Feilong ::
I only say "illusion" because I doubt that you're doing the type of kick that the STWIST calls for...but if you are [which is pretty wierd], then by all means subsitiute "shuriken" for "illusion"
..:: READS ENTIRE THREAD ::..
What a waste fo my time...it's a Hyper Btwist Round a.k.a. "Btwist Swipe" [it means the same thing].

I was thinking about the same trick the other day.
I thought it was called a butterfly swipe too.
To be honest, the easiest-to-understand and simplest term for this stuff is:
The use of the word twistkick.
Hyper corkscrew roundkick? Hyper cork twistkick (or, since I call the cork 540twist: Hyper 540twistkick).
Hyper btwist roundkick? Hyper twistkick.
Hyper fulltwist roundkick? Hyper fulltwistkick.
Go!

Why not just use the word 'round' instead of 'kick', that way you're denoting the type of kick with no extra effort (one letter more omgz).
Hyper twistkick? Hypertwist Round.
Hyper fulltwistkick? Hyper Fulltwist Round.
Just as easy and more conventional.
Takes longer to write round than kick. Try for yourself.
Plus, you'll have to go "hypertwist _spacebar_ round instead of just going hypertwistkick. After you've written the word "twist", your fingers are still in a good position to write kick, whereas round is more... twist round. twistkick. You have to press T, then lift the same finger and type the following R, instead of just using the right hand K directly from the I.
My potatoes just set off the fire alarm. AWESOME!

All in all, it's a matter of habit. I prefer using kick. Hypertwistkick speaks for itself, unless you're planning on doing a hyper btwist hook-kick, which just wouldn't work. It's not as if you're seeing any difference between a round or sidekick during a hypered version either.
The only kick you do out of a btwist, which has been hypered, is the roundkick. Same about cork, same about any other twist. It's not as if you're gonna see someone do and hyper a btwist, aerialtwist, corkscrew or fulltwist hook-kick, wheelkick (which would make the move a totally different one, considering the extra spin), or anything of the likes.
The only kick done out of a cork, btwist or whatever is a roundkick. Therefore the round explanation is not needed. If you're doing a cork hook-kick, then it's a cork hook. Good luck in hypering that one though (hint hint sessh).
Besides, I love just writing fulltwistkick or twistkick or 540twistkick in one word. Looks cooler:D

i disagree with being too lazy to pronounce the "b" and "round" in btwistround haha (it's only one more syllable than "twistkick"). twistkick is a basic kick used in TKD and that just makes things confusing.
it's also kinda hypocritical if you're then calling a "cork" a "540twist" hahaha (WHYYYY?!)
edit: twist kick:

eg. if i wanted to describe a 720 with this kick on the end. "720 twistkick"? confusing haha

A lot of people used to call the cork a 540twist before. Considering I got into tricks around 2001, I'd never heard of corkscrews, so I knew them as 540twists. I can't remember hearing the term "cork" until somewhere in the middle or late 2002.
Skilzat85X
Aug-29-07, 12:28 PM
Well nowadays not all corks are even performed the same as the "540 twist" cork. Far from it in fact!
True dat, y0.
It's old habit anyways. All my terminology fits nicely. There haven't been much new I haven't been able to name. Everything barred breakdancing moves can be named with the system I'm using, actually. So I'm satisfied.
Oh, and Karl Sanders from Nile hauls ass. His solo project is pure awesomeness:)
