Can spiral knucles be with the lazi boi hands just like the b-twist with hands behind back?

How come I don't see anyone do or have spiral knucle?

I wonder if people can double spiral since the move is crap?

The move isn't very attractive, but it most likely cannot be "doubled". It's actually pretty hard to do...and it has nothing to do with a BTWIST or a RAIZ [except that it has a horizontal twist].

Alot of people don't appreciate it cause they don't understand it...provided that there aren't any good examples of how it's done [because it's hard].

I wish I could show you an example of a good one [out of the multiple "not so good" ones I've done], but Sebastian of FS has that footage.

I do this thing that we called a genesis (didnt no wat the hell it was - its in THIS (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bR4d-fY19uY) video at .40) which is basically a 360 into a forward roll, which is just like the spiral knuckle be over rotated into a roll...

And in a gym session i did get the rotation of a double twist in one onto a foam block, so im pretty confident that if i practiced i could double a spiral knuckle...

Thats kinda like my btwist but without the punch. I dive head long into it with little or no flat spin. I don't do this intentionally, I think it's just from 10 years of bad habits.
