...keep on firing rapid kicks into the air without resting the leg. As of now, I've been performing a lot of dymnamic exercises regarding the legs and I've been working out my legs a lot.
Still, its fucking hard to do it.
Don't fucking tell me I gotta do a lot of static stretching to be able to keep the legs in the air but if so, then whatever.
Static Stretches BURN and I don't like the feeling at all. especially with the condition my flexibility is in. I can barely reach past my foot.

Truth is, like it or you dont, if you want results you have to bare with it. Yeah. But you'll be surprised how much it will change with time.

You gotta do a lot of static stretching to be able to keep your legs in the air.

Hahaha.

Actually kicking is more about dynamic flexibility. If you don't like training static stretches try throwing some high basic kicks. Not as much discomfort is involved and it will probably have a good impact upon your tricking.

You should probably try to stick at the static stretches too (especially after a hard tricking session).

Good luck.

being able to hold a good chamber is really important too when ur throwing many kicks in succesion

practice a lot of slow kicking to really build up your level of control, 2 big drills i use a lot are holding onto a wall or whatever and holding my chamber tight and high for a count of five, extend the leg into side or round kick position and hold again for a count of 5, 5 sets then change legs

when ur used to it hold for longer and higher then increase the sets

you can do the same drill laying down on ur side too

just work on your balance
from there its just the ability to lift ur foot and kick it
it shouldnt take too long but
my suggestion is
its really hard to pump out 5 kicks in the same spot but its a lot easier to do 5 kicks to different spots like head chest shoulder chest then head

if you want the high pumping kicks the other guys in this thread have given you a lot of info and some really good advice
