The sprites will be made either by modifying a character or br modifying the picture. Modifying the picture will be as hard a crap. So I'll modify a character since i'm still working on sprites for modifying the picture.

you should give every character their own characteristic they're good at

anis (high tricks) - just anything that's high haha, losers would be cool
sessh (unusual style) - give him spiral knuckle lolol
terada (powerful kicks) - give him snapus
kjer/sammy (fast execution) - don't know what you should give them, kjer needs sideflips perhaps? (since it's his signature move)
mogwai - give him wrestling type move like you see in his samplers haha
jester - give him some bboy moves like flares to tackle ppl (like in tekken)
