I have seen 2 types of gainers. (noob Question 3)

I saw the gainer where the foot caries the person all the way around and I saw the gainer where their foot caries them up but the back as if a normal backflip.

Which one do you do?

i like gainerflashes better. but occasionally i do tucked ones too, like when i do gainers in a straight line

gainerflashes look better imo, especially kgb7's and kaos's *drool*

no not really, the swing of the leg gives you about equal height in both gainerflashes and tucked gainers.

I think that naturaly I flash but Since I'm so close to both I try both. I landed a flash but tucking is easeir for me.

tucked is easier with straight setup

drill stright tucks like crazy, after a while you can nail stright flashes like they are nouthing

i learned stright tuck frist, and now i can gainer flash out of just about any set up except missleg
