Ok, an other Stupid thread made by me... The point:
My tuck is very weak, how could I improve it, cause I try to tuck properly, but I seem i just can't, for example:
When I do any kind of flips: backflips, frontflips, sideflips, I get like so much air, but i rotate like a turttle... What gives? Any suggestions or something, thanks
Any drills, maybe more flexibility (some kind)
And once again, sorry for the stupid thread...

Oh my god... Just grab your knees and try to be as small as possible!
Pull your knees to your shoulders/chest FAST and squeeze them in with your hands from the shins.
Train some abs if you're weak.

Yeah i know xDDD I don't have problems with other shit and stuff like kicks. aerial type things etc. But I just can tuck as small as I would need to...? I just grab my legs and that's all, but i doesn't have any use, cause I need to pull my knees to my chest, grab them with my arms and tuck in my head, but I just simply grab my legs, I even can't call it a proper TUCK.
for btucks hump the freaking air.

Working on your abs is good advice if you really can't just tuck more... Also might want to work on your hips, anything that resembles the motion when you tuck (bringing knees to chest).

Also, if you feel like you're rotating really slowly and unable to tuck tight on a backtuck, it may be because you are throwing your head/upperbody backward too early, you should try to keep looking forward for as long as possible, and use your legs to rotate you in the air

Hey man I hear you I have the same problem, I like to call it chair Syndrome, I tuck like i'm sitting in a chair I really sometimes don't know I land my low front flips, had good tuck then i stopped tricking for a month and now its gone ; ;
Being able to tuck in tight and fast takes abdominals man...do some situps or something, tone up!

for btucks concentrate on getting the height you say you have and also bringing your knees to your chest as hard as your can after setting
for frontflips set and do the opposite chest to knees
+be as tight as a mutha foking ball like everyone says

For backtucks, knees to your shoulders, not throwing your shoulders at your knees. For front tucks, shoulders to knees. Most of the video tutorials say that you should grab under your legs for tucks but I grab my shins because they are within closer reach.

Doesn't matter where you grab - you don't even "have" to grab anything, but that requires you to already have the correct technique.
Just a minor point, for front tucks, it's important to imagine "tucking" behind you. Like you said, bring shoulders to knees, but don't try and make it happen under you, or worse, in front of you. Bring the tuck up and behind you.
Just something that usually helps people.

Here's a great way to train your abs to tuck perfectly with backtucks. You'll need a pull up bar or anything to hang from. "Hanging leg raises", just hang and slowly raise your knees to your chest while keeping your back perpendicular to the ground. And once you get good with those move onto V-ups. Bring your knees to your chest but with straight legs, creating a V-shape. :juji:

don't do it slowly
Yeah, I know I should to it fast (for the love of tricking), but (example) proper situps should be slow ant controled, or should I also do them fast???
Thanks fot the advice guys.

don't do it slowly
the reason why i said to do them slowly is because beginners with weaker abs tend to swing a lot when they try to do them with speed (thus not working the abs as well) But yes, you are right, when you can do them with control you will definitely want to do them quickly.
