How long should it take to do splits if ure about (counting from ass down to the ground) 12" from doing one.
(with relaxed stretching), im still kinda young 2 do isometric so...:eh:
i've ordered the book Stretching Scientifically, that book should help me right?

We can't answer this, it depends from person to person. Also, your flexibility acquisition can slow down when you get close to your sidesplit(let's hope not because it sucks).
Just keep stretching everday if you can.

uuummm, yes and no. You can learn some interesting and usefull information, but all you need to know is already in Juji's guide.

So you mean like that when im close to do a sidesplit the muscle could like jam itself, wich will slow down the whole process??:S

What I'm saying is that we can't tell you how much time you will need for your sidesplit.
Just stretch and read Juji's guide.

Jamming the muscle sounds painful. What he's saying is that the more flexible you get, the harder it will get to achieve further gains. Possibly that is, and hopefully that won't be the case for you.
