Your backflips are great!

Tips: on your btwists, dip and explode upwards. You are dipping, but not coming back up after it. Sure, you are landing em now, but if u want to s/t or do some variations (that round could be alot better!) try to stall the twist a bit more. Bkick, then twist.

on your gflash, you are not commiting to going over your head, so you are bailing out like an aerial. Try some on a trampoline or something, just going right over your head. Then transfer to flat. It will make the landing sooo much easier!

B twist wise yeah your like not dipping your just kinda throwing them. on your gainer flash your whipping insanelly bad lol, just try to throw up more like on your standing backfilps and you will have those in no time!

hey thanks so much guys, i'll keep that in mind, but yea on the beach my btwists are rather shit, when indoors i can get some pretty decent height and bail and still land it :P. but yea i'll keep that in mind, and yea ive been told by alexx that i shouldnt look back and arch so much when doing flashes.
