Left Hamstring, stretch it, you'll find advice on this anywhere.

when u kick really flex ur leg, and keep it straight.. it wont be as high of a kick if ur doing it right, because when u are doing it right, u'll feel a stretch in the leg.
if u take wushu, just practice 'relax' kicks as they called it at my old gym :P

When you say 'supporting foot goes up' I'm guessing you mean your heel comes off the ground. I'm guessing you're upset because your instructor wants the heel to stay down. Try shifting your weight backwards. You're probably leaning into the kick and shifting weight forward. The heel basically can't come up if you've got half your weight on it.
As for the knee bending, you just have to focus on conciously not letting it do that (if the kick demands this). This may mean kicking at a lower height until you have the hamstring flexibility to allow yourself to keep a straight leg. Do static-passive, static-active, and dynamic-active stretches for the hamstrings. The active stretches will involve making sure you keep the knee extensors shortened whlie moving with your hip flexors.
