With the power of a diagram...

The circle is showing an area of flexiblity around the hips/flexors and the back black leg is what my leg sort of looks like.

How do I get my back more flexible so it becomes flexible like the leg in red.

Your back? I think you need hip flexor and hamstring flexibility don't you?

Umm, keep stretching? Don't bend that leg, make sure to straighten it which will probably take you higher off the ground. You have to stretch that muscle too yeno, also try doing lunnnnges for it.

face the knee of your back leg downwards not to the side.
put something soft under the knee on hard ground.

Thanks for the advice(especially birch haha). Im doing lunches as part of my leg workout because they help witht he glute muscles, and strengthen the hips/flexors at the same time as giving me a good stretch.

Well it's one or the other, not both. Unless you have a leg penis. Which would make trying on new shoes awkward.

Yeah I realized why I cant go full sied split...is because of my balls cant tuch the ground they stop my from doing that.

As others have probably said, dont bend your knee. Try to have both your legs straight, and push down the middle (crotch). Stretch like this, and it will soon loosen up.
