I as such a newbie I dont know what my routine should be so can one of you give me one please?

Few things about myself, I am not very flexible and time is precious to me now since I have started goin college.

Well, choose 1 or 2 stretches per each limb. Some limbs have more than 1 muscle, like shoulders, so pay attention. Hold each stretch for about 30 seconds. Do it everyday. That's it.

There are 137 stretches there, choose 1 or 2 per each muscle, just it.
