Alright. Yes, I'm a failure in life. I can't do a Front Hand Spring. I don't know why. Let me see if I get the series of events correct:
Run up a little
Do a faggoty skip
Left foot down
Hands down
Push off left foot, while kicking right foot up hard like a bitch
Push off of hands
???
Barrel Roll
Profit
Seriously. I don't know why I can't do this. I go, and when I go to push off, nothing really happens. Then I just land in a sort of bridge position.

practice gymnastics basics if you are that uncoordinated haha.
handstands, bridges, go from standing down to a bridge then back up, handstand to bridge and all that shiat, it takes patience but it will help and make your fhs clean and not ugly and noobish haha.
OR just practice haha either one

I saw a Sesshoumaru combo which was pretty damn fly, where he does some flares and stuff on the ground, then does a fhs, then does some other insanity (Project 6). This is the main reason why I want a fhs, is to transition from groundwork to standing back up in a cool fashion.
Brandonn: My arms are supposed to be locked? How in the name of balls do I push if my arms are locked?

It actually makes it a lot easier than bending yourned arms. You can get a feel for it if you lock them out in front of you and push off a wall.

Yeah front shit springs don't look impressive, but a proper front hand spring can be very effective and look nice.
Barrel Roll
Only decent thing posted in this thread.

Yeah, you push from your shoulders not your elbows. Do you look at your hands the whole time? You have to keep looking down at your hands to get your back to arch.
