Okay so basicly i`m still a chubby kid.
Its gettin annoying to get only halfway moves just cause i dont get enough air.
LIke for instance, i cant land a backflip , i just land it on my knees that all.
For the aerial, i dont get enough air time so i put my hands.
For btwist, i twist but also dont have enough air so i land on my knees.
Only moves that i can land are FrontFlip and sideflip :(

I cant follow GENERAL DIETS, i need a specific one,
In the past 2 years, i lost 50lbs so im preaty proud of going from fatty 2 chubby.
I got alot of body muscle, my arms are HUGE and not with fat~!
I started dooing cardio, but i read one of jujis article that cardio will fuck it up and make me even jump less :( ....

Btw there's bigger people than you who trick. Maybe you're just ugly and not that fat. Or actually maybe (probably, and by probably I mean definitely) your technique is just crappy, which is true.

I`m 5"10-11 190lbs.
I`m not asking to be spoonfed, i`m asking on what i could train, training exercises/routines that i could do other than tricking.
I started jumproping yesterday. Most of my good tricking friends are skinny dudes, so they already beating me easily =/ It`s starting to piss me off, and i realy love tricking I REALY DO. ID FUCK IT IF I COULD.
If you guys could be less asses and actualy give a shit for your fellow member, i would be very glad :)

hey man i know jack shit about training routines, but let me tell you this: the fact that you can't land moves like backflips and aerials has (almost) nothing to do with being fat. tricking is mostly technique and if you can't land those moves you better start improving your technique. altho working out helps too, i think you are better off actually working on your tricks if you want to improve them. the "i don't get enough airtime because i'm fat" is bullshit, it's your bad technique that causes such problems, not your body.

well i showed my friend whos been playing soccer in AAA now how to do a backflip the other day, he landed it on his 2nd try. By his 4th time he arlready was dooing flashkick and on his 6th try he got Xout.
i`m like ............ :'( AND I PRACTICE EVERYSINGLE DAY :(

Yeah, weight does have an impact on tricking. To think otherwise would be a lie.
However! I doubt that your current physique would limit you to the point where you can't throw proper tricks. More drills and willpower is needed.

You just aren't athletic. You don't need to do anything specific, you just need to get into better condition overall, and practice doing your tricks.
Don't be impatient. That's how you got fat in the first place.

Wouldn't you get more momentum from weight(muscle) though? And I think cardio wouldn't really make you jump less, but it will burn fat like gasoline in a fire.

You should also stop being a dick and complaining. Listen to what the people are saying. Whether if they are mean or not, they are right. They are trying to help you in their way. Appropriate it, fool! I suggest you start lifting and cardio with a proper diet. Watch more tricking videos. Analyze them carefully. Improve on your form and practice more.

If your really eager to burn fat, go with cardio. You will burn more calories that way but you might also burn muscle tissue. Anyways, I can't see why you can't do both. You shouldn't be in a rush. You won't get nothing being impatient. Anyways, I hope I helped a bit.

A big part of losing weight is diet, so be careful about what you eat, whole raw plant based foods are very good, easy to process.

It's just that I feel like I know at least a portion of the nutritional aspect and human anatomy (etcetc), but you people seem to know so much more:P

In America about 60% of men have at least a mild case of gynecomastia, but most will never know it because it is only truly noticable at very low bodyfat levels. (because you would essentially look lean, but with little boobies)
