Guess what guys, I found the healthiest food in the world! It is called Phi Plus. It contains everything your body needs in one package-Only raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, legumes, and berries. It also tastes great.
click here for a full list of it's ingredients.
vitalife.wholefoodfarmacy.com/2005/ingredients.asp (http://vitalife.wholefoodfarmacy.com/2005/ingredients.asp)

It has no artificial coloring, no msg or other chemical preservatives no sugar or artificial sweeteners,

I did a cleanse with this product, in which I ate only Phi, I experienced increased energy, I didn't need as much sleep, I lost the small amount of extra weight that I had and was able to become more toned. If you are mildly overweight, you lose about a pound a day and are still able to eat whenever you are hungry. if you are greatly overweight you will lose even more. In the end of the cleanse I was much more alert, energized and
had a stronger immune system. You can learn more about the thirteen day cleanse at vitalife.wholefoodfarmacy.com/2005/CAT3.asp (http://www.vitalife.wholefoodfarmacy.com/2005/CAT3.asp)

The company that offers Phi Plus is called Whole Food Farmacy, and in addition to this product it offers many others of the same caliber.
It is also affordable. You can live off it for one month for 300 dollars and that is if you eat a lot. It requires no preparation and no cleanup and can be stored for up to 9 months.
You can check out this product and others at http://www.vitalife.wholefoodfarmacy.com while your there, check out the expose' done on Nightline by Peter Jennings on why America is fat. VERY INTERESTING.

Please post any questions or comments you may have.

It was a serious question. I can buy all those things at a store, why would I want to buy it offline, in an amalagamated lump? That way I get a little bit of a choice.

Maybe I don't feel like pumpkin seeds at the moment.

I suppose if you're lazy though.

no it really is good stuff, look into it a little more the web site has tons of information and there is something to be said for the synergistic blend, one ingredient alone doesnt have the same effect of getting it all in one dose

Thats what people do on a forum they try to sell their ideas, and thoughts and others try to sell theirs about the same subject. this is why many times it leads to arguments

jacober
Sep-17-07, 06:54 PM
well lets think, raisins have iron there are lots of those there and nuts and wheat have protein and there is plenty of that there

and the protein and iron there is very easily assimilated

"... in an amalagamated lump"

That's fucking harsh to pronounce.

Also: Advertising sucks. And wtf is this thing?? It looks like crap.

Don't advertise it. Say "I saw this thing. It looks good. Is it?", not "HEY MENG, this shit is AWESOME! Look; it's got pretty naaames like sunflower seeeds, some carbs and stuuuuff, some fruits to make it look healthierr... Mixing rice with various fats and some protein isn't that nice, but HEY, it only costs 300 bucks a month, which is more than a lot of people actually spend on NORMAL food and drink, because smart people buy their food in bulks instead of eating at MICKEY D's every day!"
