Casein has been implicated very strongly as a carcinogenic compound according to The China Study by T. Colin Campbell. Also mentioned is the incidence of higher cancer rates in countries that consume more dairy products, specifically cheese, which has more than 10 times the casein density of milk!!!Oh Noes!:bad:

Because there are NO other factors that go into cancer. Maybe it was something else they consumed regularly? Maybe their environment was junk? I'd need to read the actual study for your post to have any grounds.
No you are wrong Anfeyd!!!
Cottage Cheese gives you cancer!
Water gives you cancer!
Tricking gives you cancer!
Breathing gives you cancer!
EDIT: CANCER CANCER CANCCCCEERRRRRRRRRR!!!
They eat their raw fish, I drink my milk and eat my cottage cheese. And suddenly everything is fine again!
A big number of asians are lactose intolerant. Maybe that's why they want to examine casein so hard :dead:

Try mixing in something you like. At the moment I usually eat mine with a mixture of nuts and ground flax seeds.
Fruit is also pretty good, or some kind of muslie mixture.
If you really don't like it, then that's cool. It's not a big deal really.
I've never thought of mixing cheese with fruit or nuts... usually I put it on a sandwich. . . but I dunno about cottage cheese only really tried it once, what fruit would u recommend?

The China Study is one of the biggest piles of shit ever. If you need any more information about it, just know that most vegetarians cite that study as their main reason for thinking a vegetarian (or more specifically, vegan) diet is the only truly healthy way to eat.
And everyone knows vegans are faggots.

Think for yourself: "Do I really need an answer to that question?"
Any fruit is fine. I don't know about you but here we can buy cottage cheese with various seasonings as well. So far I've yet to try one but I guess I will soon.
Milk is also a good source of casein, normal cheese as well.
