Hey guys i need some help on back whip or back layout. How do you get lots of height for them? i can do them on the airtrack and foam pit which i learned yesterday. But i dont know if i should try on pylo yet. cuz i want to get good height first. Any tips or tutorials around for this move? much appreciated

Use the blocking technique which roundoffs are most used for.

For whip backs you don't need height really, they're just back handsprings with no hands. Just pretend you're going to do a back handspring and whip backwards hard and arch back looking at the ground hard.

For layouts it's tougher, you should have a nice high back tuck then a high stretched back flip before. If you have access to a gym which it seems, this is one where it's best to ask coaches if they're there and can help you. But you need to level up your roundoff back flips and whip backs before moving on to something like that.
