I trained for some time (not too long like 4 months) and tried out some tricks.
While trying i found out that my twisting skill is pretty bad.
i can't even do a 540 spin in the air (no Butterfly or kicking just jumping and twisting).
so can you please give me some tips and advices because i dont know what to do, maybe i just cant twist -_-.

Practise spinning more then! Just practise jump spins from standing, and eventually you'll develop better air awareness. Remember to wrap yourself when you spin for a faster twist. You'll get it soon enough :good:

Here's some stuff to ask yourself:
Where am I looking when I spin?
Am I getting the maximum height for my jump?
Did I change my underwear lately?
You see, here's the thing about spinning the air... you got to look where you're going. If you look down when you jump, you're robbing yourself of height. Same with looking up. Some people look up just before they jump, but I don't see the point. Also, if you try to look at every as you go around, everything will get all blurry and you won't know where the heck you are. However, if you look over your shoulder in the direction you're turning, you'll go that way... around!
For the take off, just bend your knees slightly and throw your arms sort of uppish as you launch. Then pull them in close to you. So, you jump high, turn your head, your shoulders and your arms in the direction you want to go and you should end up getting at LEAST 360 degrees around. If it works and you get a 360 spin, then just do it again, but whip yourself around with even more power and you should get a 540 spin. Then a 720. Then a 900. 1080. 1260. 1440. 1620. Etc.
Biggest thing I can never emphasize enough is just practice. Just keep trying if you don't make it. Okay, now go have fun.

if you want to spin more the first thing you want to know is looking in the direction you are going, and wrapping your arms (jump with your arms extended, then swing them around and then rapidly pull them towards your chest).
also: don't make any body parts fling around, you have to stay as tight as possible. so keep your legs and arms together.

Try spinning the other way too, some times you do better on the side that doesn't feel right to begin with. And yeah, wrap in tight

i edited this because i left out something,
a good rule for spinning, is the more OPEN you are, the faster u get tight, determines how fast u rotated.
so if ur really big, then in a split second become really small / tight, u rotate a hell of a fuck faster.

Yeah, if you're naked and are attempting these spins while in the midst of a raging erection, the curvature of your genitals will definitely be a factor.
