Last night, I was practicing aerials. They all were pretty crappy, but I kept practicing, thinking they'd get higher and less bent-legged as I got more warmed up. But no. They just kept being crappy, so I got really pissed off. Somehow, my angry-energy allowed me to just throw a really nice one out of the blue.

So, here's what I learned: I trick better when I'm mad. This might not be true for you, but you should try it.
