Well I don't know why but I feel soooo tired. I feel it only in my head though, like it's heavy and unclear and it makes me tired and dizzy and unable to train. I tried pushing myself today but I just feel so horrible. Anyone have advice on energy? (And I get atleast 8 hrs of sleep a night, so I know it cant be that. I also had some sort of wierd sinus infection but it went almost completely away. I took Fri. and Sat. off due to that.)

You're in your early teens... but anyway, how does your diet look like/consist of?
Even though you may think you're recovered there's still going to be effects from your infection. Come back if you feel the same during the entire week, one day is normal for anyone to feel tired and beat.

Well, I know my diet's pretty good. I eat every 2-3 hours and it's always something healthy.Like I found a recipe this morning for pancakes made from like oatmeal, cottage cheese, and some eggs. Then I had 1 cup of rice w/ sugar snap peas and almonds. I just ate a banana and idk what for dinner, but I'm never hungry throughout the day and the calories usually come to 1,000-1,500.
Also, it's a different type of tired. Like my body is fine but...its my head that affects me. I'm known to getting headaches a lot but it doesnt hurt, it's just really drowsy and heavy.
It could be as simple as a night's rest. Come back and tell us if it's the same in a week.
