Hello, I got interested in tricking a couple months ago, but was pretty out of shape. So since April I've been eating better and going to the gym, so now I'm ready to start tricking :)

I can hold a handstand for a few seconds, do a kipup, some really basic non-trick stuff, but this is the first "trick" I'm attempting to do, now that I'm in better shape.

Please comment on what I need to do to improve if you can. I apologize for the poor video quality, I used Windows Movie Maker and I don't know anything about movie editing.

There are four attempts here.

when you dip lower your head so that it is next to your right knee, bring it over to your left knee then lift your right leg harddd. there are numerous other problems but i will let others deal with them because i am lazy.

I know they are terrible, not even close, but I do need somewhere to start so I can know what to improve. These are the first tries I've done ever after just watching videos online, this is just a starting point, any advice is welcome though :)

heres a good tutorial... do all the exercises stated in it... especially the dipping one to get power out of that setup.
