Hey guys..i want to start flexibility training and i really could use a routine that had fast results..i had a guide of some guy that said "get the splits in 1 month". i dont really think it's true but if someone has a "faster" stretching routine it would be awesome..if not any regular routine will do

btw i'm just a lazy guy, too lazy to read Juji's guide

You can get splits in a month if you stretch often enough. It took me about that long when I first started doing wushu. I stretched everyday for at least an hour, sometimes two. You'll get it if you want it bad enough. As for routines, I couldn't say; I just stick to the warm up / stretches I do in class and do them at home too.

is it really possible *without* isometrics? man I must suck, I have been stretching 1h 5-6days/week for 3 months and I am not even close to a sidesplit...

Read Juji's guide. It's probably the quickest way to find out about effective (and safe) stretching (dynamics, isometrics, etc).

If you really refuse to read it (you'll progress much slower), just remember not to do static stretches before training. You should do them on their own or after your workout. In a stretch, you should take your time (a few minutes) getting to your maximum amplitude, then hold that for 30-60 seconds. It shoud NEVER hurt. Stretch every day. Read Juji's guide.
