um, yea. okay so i was never really good at this move and then on labor day i was trying it and actually did it nicely (i think anyway) and then about 2 weeks later i was doing them and they sucked. these raiz's are in chronological order and if you ask me, i think they just get worse.

LABOR DAY
1) when i did it, it didn't feel good but when i saw it on later on film, i really liked it.
2) i think it's okay but i may have gone to high and that's why my foot slams into the ground
2 WEEKS LATER
3) i don't think i dipped my head down enough
4) looks like i didn't open my chest enough

What do you guys think? what can i do to make them better?

your arms aren't following through...watch..the first one your arms are where they are supposed to be. they seem to get in the way after that one.

that does make sense cause i notice that my chest stops rotating when i catch up to my arms

You've got the right idea, but you just need to tweak it slightly:

Try to imagine that as you step over you're going to do a gumbi or cartwheel (this will include dipping quite low) then at the point that you'd usually place your hands down, violently torque your shoulders and throw your leading leg over your leading shoulder.

That was pretty good i say, but try delaying it slightly aswell as straightening your legs.

focus on one point in the raiz
i look to the floor/grass further away from me.
you must see it ALL the way in the raiz ( your view turns upsidedown when you keep looking to the floor, feels really weird in the beginning)

note: if you lose sight of the floor this means that your turned your head to the left and this is bad = no raiz.
