still having double cork trouble :(

im trying to block and delay so pleeasee dont say "just delay more" because i cant lol

1.) you are not finishing your kick
2.) you start twisting entirely to early
3.) and you can delay longer, you dont delay at all
4.) you dont use your arms at all

i found double cork is easy if you just set your arms up real hard, kick hard and keep your leg going over that shoulder. wait a little bit, let yourself get some hight, then twist really hard, dont worrie about the landing just keep tight, if you do it right your body will land on its own.

looks like your not kicking up enough, like mike said, not finishing your kick.

what are your single corks like?

my single corks used to be pretty high like sometimes a foot over my head.....but lately i have just been kicking straight round to the side and not going high at all but still landing the same :S so i guess i should get my singles better
