Yeah, I find it hard to properly eat at the right times because I get out of school at 3. Lookie down here:

6:40
Meal 1
9:40
Meal 2
11:40
Meal 3
3:00
Meal 4
4:00
training
5:00
Meal 5
8:00
Meal 6

A person is supposed to eat every 3 hours, and eat P+C in morning, and P+F in the afternoon and so on. I can get only one real P+F dominant meal, as meal 5 is postworkout. Should I add another meal or something? Help a dear fellow?

Woah. Between what times do you sleep? This is relevant.

A 13 year old does not need to be eating in this manner.

This is getting retarded.

Well, I was following the concept of eating half the the three meals into smaller portions to keep the metablism constant. I not stuffing myself like a turkey.

Your metabolism doesn't care if you eat 3000kcal two times a day or six times a day, it's still the same amount of energy. You need to go days and not hours before drastic things start to happen.

P+C and P+F is unnecessary. The only instance where you should even remotely care about that is the closest meal after training, try to keep fat to a minimum in that meal.

Thanks for clearing that up, Rahf. So I should be fine even if I don't eat every 2 to 3 hours. Thanks again :good:

You'll definitely be fine, don't worry too much about it. Remember, days and not hours.

Don't be so anal with yourself. Eat healthy foods, often, and everything will work out fine.

Yeah, good uh description, heh. Ok, now that every aspect is done with, I will try not do complicate my life even more, and start! As soon as I get the dumbells and bar, but in the mean time, tricking!

No worries mate.

We're always happy to help if we think the person can be helped. So obviously we don't think you're a lost cause.

(Not that I can speak for the others, but that's how I usually see things)

Now. Get started!

I agree, I just didn't say it because then people would say it was idiotic.

Such is the price when you post in 10 threads at the same time. Considering that 95% are pure crap and I'm not saying entertaining crap as well but just annoying crap, maybe you can understand why nobody cares about you.

Yes, I understand completely. But the feeling is mutual so that's why I continue.

No, unless you're an elite athlete I wouldn't worry about that. Just eat home-cooked food with a good variety and you'll be fine.
