after some aerial training.. i told my friend to do a b-twist...so he did.. i was like omg, because it was his 1st landed b-twist.
So then i was like i can do 1 too
and did 1 and landed my 1st b-twist also..
it was so sick I'm still pumped
no video yet, but hopefully when we goto the gym tonight

Learn them standing and off of hooks now! Combo combo combo them, they're easy to combo and have a lot of possibilities for stylistic measures.

Keep working them too until you're comfortable, of course. If you need any help, don't be afraid to ask me. In fact, I made a video b-twist tutorial some time ago that was greeted with good reception...
