i dont know what it is my right calf muscle is so tight it hurt badly and i iced it and heated and even rested it but whenever i tricked it still hurts .........it feels like i just did a bunch of calf raises on one leg or i pulled it......wut do u think happen and wut should i do besides go to the doctor or rest?????????????????????????????????????????????: ouch::ouch:

you might have torn your calf man. i always thought that was like really hard to do but then my friend did it. so um, go to your school trainer or something and have it looked at

Ummm, you pulled a calf muscle, meaning it's effed. Meaning you need to rest it for a couple days, and stretch it.

EDIT: What the nigg TORN his calf ahaha? You make it sound like he somehow ripped his calf muscle or something. It's just a pull, it's easy to pull ones calf.

rest it, ice it, heat it, and get some sports rub (the crap with arnica, peppermint and other crap in it) and massage it in for a speedy recovery. Oh yeah, and work back slowly into your tricks, so you don't re-injure it.

Or you'll risk longer term damage. And it's not a small risk. You'll have to recover from it eventually - do it now while it's not serious.

Seriously, rest and light stretches. Until it's completely better!
