do u lose dynamic flexibility if u dont strech/tricking for a while?

Yes and no. You'd lose some until you started back up, but you would still have a pretty good range of motion and should be able to get it back pretty quickly.

Depends on how long the while, and how you are active.

You just lose it if you don't stretch for a LONG time. But it depends from person to person.
