If you need a tutorial for the gainer full, you are not ready for the gainer full.

Can you cork? Can you back full out of a roundoff? Do you have your gainer/gainer flash to the point where you have enough aerial awareness to know where you are in the move at all times? If you do not have any of these, get these first.

Think of it this way: Throw your hardest gainer flash, and gather as much height as you can. When you spot the ground, at that very moment, twist over. From there, the landing is practice.
