You know how hard it is to squeeze in those good meals during a school day? Not just school, also university, and during work, or anything like that.

I'd like to hear your various meals and snacks that you use for these times.
I'd like a list of ideas. Not just for me but for anyone who goes through the mid-day crisis.
What are some of the good, quick nutritional snacks that you prepare?
You know, some of those snacks that you have to ingest, 20 seconds before your next period starts or such.

Cause i need at least 2 meals during school hours, and i got bored with the same snacks that I use over and over. My ideas were very limited. So i was hopin for your bright ideas and creations, to add some spice.

Remember......We're talkin nutrition here. Not crap.

No, not really.

Don't you have any breaks longer than a minute or two between periods, such as a lunch-break? You could use those times to eat, and then not need something you can get down extremely fast.

Eat dry cereal and/or fruit. You could also buy some bars to eat.

I would just eat during class.

But if that isn't an option, then there are still plenty of things you can get away with.

Liquid meals are always good. You can carry a cool flask with you, or just dump a meal replacement powder into a bottle, then add water and shake when you need a calorie hit.

Sandwiches are good, and easy. Peanut butter packs some good quality calories, and will last in your pocket all day.

Nuts, seeds, dried fruit etc... can all be useful. Add them to a tub of yogurt for more calories.

Obviously tinned food can be good.

Lots of fruits are quite convenient.

Any pre-cooked meal will be fine. Invest in a hot/cold flask, a cooler bag, and you're set.

compleks' answer was probably the best.

To give you an idea, i eat one of the meals during the break period, this meal can be practically anything (like a lot of the things that you suggested that I already know).
The other meal i have, i have to ingest in between 20 secs before the next teacher walks in class. This is the one that poses the problem. Over here we dont get to move from class to class, the teachers walk in one after the other. This makes it hard to ingest a lot of things.
During this meal in between classes, I use to quickly gulp down 2 boiled eggs+a cucumber and sip 600ml of milk.I did this every day for like a month and I got very bored with it, thats why i posted this thread. I was hoping for snack combo ideas, that are speedy and nutritious.

I bring loads of oatmeal cakes. It's basically oatmeal and eggs microwaved. I add various other ingredients to fill my daily nutritional values.

Don't you teachers allow you to eat in class? Even if you do, its not really rules they can enforce if you do it secretly.
Just pack in a tuna sandwiche or something for those in between times. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to finish it if you're on the go, unless you've made the ultimate sandwiche.

It shouldn't take more than 5 seconds before everyone in the classroom can smell your tuna. Why not just ask the teacher first and if they say no you do it anyway.
