well im not sure if this is a joke or not soo im going to treat it as if it was not a joke

dip more :} swing the leg harder which i see that you can!

you barely use your arms ! use them ! bring them hard for the twist and i think hyper, hook, dbl are not a dream :}}

try to make the setup faster and more aggressive also will give you more lift :}}

ummm you need to push ya third leg more to the right and emo flip ya hair to the left in mid air, and thrust ya hips to the SKY!

bet you just thought "gayyyyy" you might of even said it out loud.

i think u have a good btwist for swinging thru...but id like to see u do a hook after it..

it looks like u yaw too much giving u no choice but to do a swingthru because if u tried hook after it you would lose ur balance...

but otherwise the btwist itself is very nice..good height

i agree..try opening up later..reach for the ground with the ball of your foot. bring your chest up at the end and land on top of the twist...thats the key to the s/t. you got all that down..just gotta work on landing on top of the twist..which comes when you reach for the ground.

try btwist round as well..that should MAKE you get more control.

cheers for that advice guys, i'll try all the things you guys say but i've found cuz its such a fast move (cuz i spin my wrong way (left) ) its so hard to alter things when in the air, BUT!, i'll have a go.

i would like to try a swingthrough but im a whimp!
